What data does SilentShield collect?
SilentShield collects behavior telemetry (mouse movements, typing cadence, scroll patterns) during the session. This data is analyzed in real time and not stored permanently. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected.
Does SilentShield use cookies?
No. SilentShield does not use cookies or local storage. All data is session-based and transmitted via API calls.
Where is my data stored?
All data is processed and stored on servers in the European Union (Germany). We use encrypted connections (TLS 1.3) for all API communication.
Is SilentShield GDPR compliant?
Yes. SilentShield is fully GDPR compliant. We do not use cookies, do not track users across websites, do not store PII, and process all data within the EU. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for Enterprise customers.
Can SilentShield see form data?
No. SilentShield only analyzes behavior patterns (how users interact with the page). It does not read, transmit, or store any form field values.
How is my API key protected?
API keys are tied to specific domains. Even if someone copies your key, it will only work on your registered domain. You can rotate keys instantly from the dashboard if needed.
