Billing
Manage your subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods.
Your Subscription
View and change your current plan under Dashboard → Subscription. Plan changes take effect immediately — when upgrading, you receive a prorated credit for the remaining period.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for EU customers. Add or update your payment method under Dashboard → Subscription → Payment.
Your payment information is securely processed by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
Invoices
Access all invoices under Dashboard → Subscription → Invoices. Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and sent to your account email. You can download them as PDF.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time under Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Your data (analytics, configuration) is retained for 30 days after cancellation. After that, it is permanently deleted.
VAT & Tax
EU business customers can add their VAT ID under Dashboard → Subscription → Billing Details to receive VAT-exempt invoices. VAT is calculated based on your billing address.
