SilentShield analyzes user behavior patterns like mouse movements, typing speed, and interaction timing. Our AI model scores each interaction and flags suspicious activity — without cookies and without profiles; the IP address is used only for the check.

Yes. SilentShield does not use cookies, does not track users across websites and does not build profiles. The IP address is used only for the check and is not stored in plain text. The check runs on our servers in Germany, and a data processing agreement (DPA) is available.

You need two parts: the script on your pages and a check on your server before the form is processed. Only with the server-side check is a form protected. On WordPress the plugin handles both; for your own applications there are examples for PHP, Node, Go and Python.

When you reach your monthly request limit, additional requests are still processed but flagged. You can upgrade your plan or purchase add-ons for extra API limits at any time. You'll receive notifications before reaching your limit.

Yes! Our Free plan includes 1 domain and 500 requests per month — no credit card required. You can upgrade to Basic, Pro, or Enterprise at any time as your needs grow.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment integration. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.

Team management lets you invite colleagues with role-based access (Owner, Admin, Member). Team members can share API keys and view analytics together. The number of team members depends on your plan.

Add-ons let you extend your plan with extra features like additional API request limits, more team members, or premium capabilities. You can subscribe to add-ons independently of your base plan.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Your data will be anonymized and removed according to our data retention policy. Active subscriptions will be cancelled automatically.

The widget is tested against WCAG 2.1 AA – automatically and by keyboard (as of 09/2026, no external audit). In the default mode the protection is invisible; the visible checkbox can be operated by keyboard and is labelled for screen readers.

SilentShield supports 25 languages including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and many more. The widget and dashboard automatically adapt to your users' language.
