How much does SilentShield cost?
SilentShield offers a free plan with 1,000 requests per month. The Pro plan starts at $29/month for 50,000 requests. Enterprise plans are available with custom pricing and SLA.
What counts as a request?
Only captcha_shown events and nonce verifications count toward your quota. Widget initialization, telemetry events, and dashboard API calls are free and unlimited.
Can I try SilentShield before paying?
Yes. The free plan is available immediately after registration with no credit card required. It includes 1,000 requests per month and all core features.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
The API returns 429 status codes and the widget falls back to pass-through mode. Your forms continue to work, but without bot protection. You can upgrade your plan or purchase a quota add-on at any time.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately and you receive a prorated credit. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available for Pro and Enterprise plans with a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.
