Team Management

Invite team members and manage access to your SilentShield dashboard.

Roles

Owner

Full access including billing, team management, and account deletion. Only one owner per account.

Admin

Can manage API keys, rules, alerts, and view analytics. Cannot access billing or delete the account.

Viewer

Read-only access to analytics and dashboard. Cannot modify any settings.

Inviting Members

  1. Go to Dashboard → Team
  2. Click 'Invite Member'
  3. Enter their email address and select a role
  4. They will receive an invitation email with a link to join

Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or revoke pending invitations from the Team page.

Removing Members

To remove a team member, go to Dashboard → Team, find the member, and click 'Remove'. Their access is revoked immediately.

Team Size Limits

Free: 1 member (owner only). Pro: Up to 5 members. Enterprise: Unlimited members.
